Massage therapy reduces muscular pain build up and tightness in the body. It is especially effective at promoting relaxation and releasing tension caused by daily life activities.
Chronic tension can build up in the body due to stress, work postures, sport and life in general. A Massage therapist can focus on specific tension areas and work at a pressure that is both therapeutic and yet comfortable to relieve tightness in the deeper layers of muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. This allows for increased blood flow, muscle recovery and deep relaxation.Massage Therapy is useful for:

This is typically focused on an area of complaint and does not include the whole body. This is a perfect appointment for you if you are limited on time or don’t want full body work.
A 60 minute session allows enough time for a full body massage from head to feet, including focusing on any specific areas you have complaints in.
A 90 minute massage is a full body massage allowing a little extra time for each area of the body with time to spare for any specific areas of complaint or deep tissue work. Many people enjoy this as it allows enough time to slow down, relax and benefit from the therapeutic effects of massage therapy.
